ask your doctor. he will determine what you need or should take to give you the best most even results. it is related to weight, and height, not age. in too large a dose, it could poision you, or hurt you in other ways. if it isn't fda aproved, you could really be hurt. if you don't want to ask your doctor, read the box, inside and out, and determine from the dosing information what you should take.
if you really want to take it, be so very very careful. it could kill you. it removes metals from your body, and whitening is only a side effect. doesn't even mean its definite! you need some metals in your blood for your body to function, such as iron. without it, you can get really sick, and even die. look at the bottom of this site- they list the "benefits" of the medication, and to me, it looks more like the things it could leave you with. things that are made to help with blood disorders are not going to treat asthma or cancer...more likely, they will leave the user with it.
